Being in a Sales Team under the RE/MAX brand means that we can operate our business the way we want, with all the support we require. Much the same as any agent who comes under the RE/MAX banner we are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves. This has allowed our sales team, Team Stevens, to have its own personality while still working under the umbrella of the larger RE/MAX brand.

It is easy to see the benefits the brand can bring any sales agent or business owner. The RE/MAX brand is recognised worldwide, in more countries than any of our competitors, associates average more sales than other real estate agents and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

I think the secret is that we are all working together. There are no forces bent on dictating how you should run your business to be successful, no ‘one size fits all’ approach, no systematic corporate directives in place to stamp out natural entrepreneurial spirit. Quite the contrary, until you become a Sales Associate under the RE/MAX brand, you can’t truly appreciate the feeling that you are making a welcome impact on something incredibly special which cannot be compared to any other brand out there.
